Founded in 2008, Liang Zhi Long (LZL) China Food Trade Fair has accumulated over a decade of experience, adhering to the service philosophy of “Making Ingredients Easy to Find”. By integrating the resources of leading food ingredient suppliers from 34 provinces and regions, it has become a leading B2B exhibition in China’s food industry. It has also become Asia’s largest and most influential event in the catering ingredients industry. Guided by the “dual circulation” strategy, Liang Zhi Long (LZL) China Food Trade Fair continues to open up to build a global food ecosystem, aiming to create a trade bridge for “Global Ingredients, China Linkage”.

The 13th Liang Zhi Long (LZL) China Food Trade Fair 2025 will adopt the “One City, Two Exhibitions” format and will be held at both the Wuhan International Exhibition Center and the Wuhan Living Room Cultural Exhibition Center from 28 to 31 March. Covering an exhibition area of nearly 300,000 square metres, it will bring together over 6,000 exhibitors in 14 specialised exhibition zones. Among them, the International Hall (A6) and the Overseas Ingredients Zone will focus on the mutual display of high-quality global products and China’s top foreign trade products, positioning the event as a core hub for international and domestic food trade.

Highlights:

Scale Upgrade, Ecosystem Expansion: The total exhibition area reaches 300,000 m² (+11%), with over 5,500 leading exhibitors and 400,000 professional visitors. It integrates cross-industry supply chain resources to set a new industry quality benchmark.

Diverse Activities, In-depth Interaction: Over four days, more than 120 events will be held, including industry forums, product summits, live-streaming roadshows, and cooking competitions, creating an in-depth exchange platform.

Six Key Values, Industry Empowerment: Centered around the concept of “New Business Models,” the fair drives high-quality industry development through six core value drivers, such as brand upgrades and international market expansion.

Innovative Exhibition Format, Quality Delivery: Three major themed halls—International Hall (30 countries, 500 enterprises), Buyer Hall (full-channel resource matching), and the Chinese Cuisine Chef Hall (empowering the culinary industry)—will close the commercial loop.

AI Navigation, Direct Supply and Demand Matching: Powered by the DEEPSEEK model, AI business opportunity radar, 2 cm precision navigation, and cloud-based toolchains will enable accurate supply-demand matching and seamless business transactions.
