2025 The 3rd Global Seafood (Shrimp) Trade Fair

The Global Seafood (Shrimp) Trade Fair serves as the flagship segment of the Liang Zhi Long (LZL) China Food Trade Fair, establishing a digital pathway from “deep sea to table”. With Guangzhou as its centre, the fair continues to develop into an international platform covering the entire industry chain.

The 3rd Global Seafood (Shrimp) Trade Fair 2025 will be held from 21-23 June 2025 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex, Area D. More than 1,000 exhibitors from around the world will participate, occupying more than 50,000 square metres of exhibition space. The event will feature delegations from the world’s top 10 seafood producing countries, including Norway, Denmark, Ecuador, Vietnam and Indonesia, showcasing innovative technologies across the entire industry chain, from seedling breeding and deep-sea fishing to advanced processing. In addition, a “Chinese Cuisine Seafood Application Innovation Zone” will be set up in collaboration with Michelin chefs to develop shrimp-based dishes and ready-to-eat seafood products, further integrating Chinese culinary techniques with global ingredients and accelerating the international standardisation of Chinese cuisine. The exhibition is expected to attract more than 68,000 trade visitors and buyers.

Global Resource Integration: Gathering delegations from leading seafood-producing countries such as Norway, Denmark, Ecuador, Vietnam, and Indonesia, with over 1,000 companies covering the entire industry chain, from seedling breeding and deep-sea fishing to advanced processing. The exhibition will showcase innovative technologies in shrimp-based prepared foods, ready-to-eat meals, and more.

Empowering the Standardization of Chinese Cuisine: In collaboration with Michelin chefs, the “Chinese Cuisine Seafood Application Innovation Zone” will develop ready-to-eat seafood and shrimp-based prepared dishes, promoting the fusion of Chinese cooking techniques with global ingredients and accelerating the global expansion of Chinese cuisine brands.

Efficient Business Matchmaking: With 50,000 m² of exhibition space, the event is expected to attract over 68,000 professional visitors, connecting resources with the China International E-commerce Industry Expo. It will provide shared opportunities in product sourcing, cold chain logistics, and more, creating a direct trade platform for food ingredients.
